Sažetak
For stimulation of development of SME in Uzbekistan the commercial banks are given with the soft loans under the interest rates, which should not exceed 50 % of the rates of refinancing. At the moment the rate of the refinancing of Central Bank makes 16 %. It turns out for preferential crediting of the subjects of SME 8 % maximum is established. Within the framework of realization of the Program of supporting of development of SME in Uzbekistan on demand lines of credit EBRD, ADB, IFC financed significant amount of objects of SME, wide application of new technologies, creation of new highly professional workplaces. The large hopes are assigned to sector of SME by the way of increase of well being of the citizens of Uzbekistan and maintenance of steady economic growth. At the same time, as it has shown research of IFC, the national businessmen are in uneasy conditions.
