Sažetak
There is no book, journal of scientific paper in academic literature regarding M&A that does not analyze organizational change following the transaction. Employee resistance, changes in business strategy and organizational structure, as well as changes in organizational culture are being analyzed and pointed out as crucial variables for M&A success. The main aim of this paper is to point out the importance of organizational variables for M&A practitioners' trough analysis of M&A activity in the Republic of Croatia. There are a sufficient number of M&A transactions in the Republic of Croatia that can be analyzed, and this paper will emphasize organizational change subsequent to M&A focusing on employee resistance and changes in organizational culture.
