Sažetak

Fundamental analysis of financial reports analyzes key business indicators (liquidity, solvency, leverage, activity, efficiency, profitability and market indicators). Through the comparison of individual indicators with the same indicators for other companies in the same sector, with the average sector indicators, and with the market indicators, it is possible to evaluate parameters which have influence on stock price formation. In this article it was analyzed financial indicators on the sample of 22 Croatian companies in the period from the year 2000 till the year 2006. The goal of this research was to determine if the stock market values are in accordance with theirs fundamental values, i.e. if they are mispriced. In order to do that it was conducted a regression analysis which showed different contribution of some indicator groups on stock market value.
