Economy transition process in the light of human resources increasing importance involves new methods and valuations of human capital model. In this paper human capital importance as a key factor of innovative firms oriented toward success, competitiveness and profit was introduced and proved by hypothetical example. Human resources are key success factor for 21 century enterprises insisting upon active human resources management policy in order to achieve major investment"s returns.
