Sažetak
and continuous education politics addressed to the managers of the new created business. To be able to benefit from the foreign direct investments and to minimize the eventual disadvantage, the national entrepreneurs must understand not only the condition for the access of an external market but also the elements which may or must determine the investments volume and the effects they generate. This is a very large topic and the paper does not try to identify all this factors and the involved effects. It resumes demonstrating the impact of one of the factors: intra-cultural heterogeneity on the external direct investments via the increase in the costs associated with conception and adaptation procedures’ implementation but also via the increase in the exclusion coalitions’ efficiency which is opposing the concurrency raised from the external direct investments.
