In attitudinal analysis, firstly, the study revealed that under the existing environmental context youths’ career decision to be an entrepreneur was almost fifty percent influenced by the mix of six attitudinal factors: risk, complexity, legal & social security, status, self-confidence, and funding & government support, and all the attitudinal factors were positively influencing the career decision of the youths to be an entrepreneur. Secondly, the result of the model identified that twenty percent of the state support programmes were influenced by the mix of complexity, legal and social security, and government funding and supports. There was an inverse relationship between complexity and state support programmes.
