Sažetak
This paper focuses on the theoretical approach to management strategies related to the challenges of the new entrepreneurial situation in the world turmoil environment. It focuses on the importance of finding new approaches in today's global market using social responsible activities and innovation strategies in order to maintain sustainability and continuously seek for the opportunities to growth. The link between social responsibility, management and firm entrepreneurial activities in order to gain sustainable advantage, will be theoretically approached. In order to examine the importance between social issues and management strategies and the positive impact to entrepreneurial activities, analysis and synthetic methods will be used. Innovation management strategies will also be theoretically approached and listed. After analyzing the theory about the global world crises and innovation management, it was founded that innovation management, innovation strategies and social responsibility represent one of the key roles in today's global business challenges. Innovation strategies were found as one of the most important strategy management factors which lead companies to achieve results and gain success. Also, there were found and explained the main challenges in order to implement innovation management strategy in the companies. Based on analyzed theory, it should be visible that innovation management and social responsibility, become very important in today's changing global environment and that a new approach to business, or at least a changed one, could make the difference in achieving competitive advantage. This paper defines the main goals of innovation management, based mainly on innovation strategies, and its possible positive impact to firm performance and sustainable competitive advantage.
