Sažetak

Managerial style characterizes the behaviour of management and administration staff of an organization. It is typical to a person managing others in a certain way. The style has been based on individual conceptions and communication abilities of managers, which define general and individual behaviour. Since organizational culture comprises decision making and reaching solutions to organization's problems (and influences goals, finances and type of activity), the managerial style plays an important role in organizational behaviour. The final result of a well-chosen managerial style reflects on the success of an organization, satisfaction and motivation of its members, i.e. on its organizational culture.
